2. Overview

This website is a static information page. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no external resources (no third-party fonts, scripts or images). The only thing it stores is your choice of language and operating system, in your browser's local storage (localStorage); it never leaves your device and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, under a data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR.

When you open the website, the hoster automatically processes information your browser sends, in so-called server log files:

• IP address
• date and time of access
• requested file or page
• referrer URL (the page visited before)
• browser and operating system used (user agent)

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is operating the website reliably and securely (for example to fend off attacks). This data is not combined with other data sources.

The log files are stored by the hoster for a limited period and then deleted, as described in its privacy information.

4. Links to GitHub

This website links to the project on GitHub (GitHub Inc., 88 Colin P Kelly Jr St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you follow a link you leave this website, and GitHub's privacy statement applies. No data is sent to GitHub before you click.

5. Install scripts

The install scripts offered on this website (install.sh, install.ps1) are downloaded from this server (see section 3). When run on your computer, they download the Abhako source code directly from GitHub (github.com, codeload.github.com). GitHub receives your IP address and the usual connection data; GitHub's privacy statement applies. While building the container, Docker also downloads base images and packages from the respective public registries (Docker Hub, Python Package Index). The installed software runs entirely on your own computer and sends no data to me.

6. Contact by e-mail

If you contact me by e-mail, I process your details (e-mail address, content of the message and any further details) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering requests). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for your request and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the following rights towards the controller:

• right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
• right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
• right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

8. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the member state of your residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

9. No automated decision-making

There is no automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
